If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
